We purchased a Jeep from Indy Auto Connection today & it was the best experience we’ve ever had while purchasing a car. We worked with Taylor, she was the best sales person we have ever worked with. She was personable, kind and made the buying process so easy. There was never a time where we felt uncomfortable in the negotiation process which to us was uncommon. The payment wasn’t exactly where we wanted to be & to be honest if the service from Taylor hadn’t been so great we would have walked! Give that girl a raise because she’s definitely the reason we purchased today! We will 100% purchase another vehicle here when the time comes.

The best auto shopping experience I have ever had. Staff operates with honesty and integrity. My wife and I ended up walking away to save a little more for a down payment and the team here encouraged us to take our time to make the right decision and did not pressure us in anyway. They even went as far as to call us half an hour after we left and provided recommendations on how to find the perfect vehicle for us, even if it meant not buying from them. You can guarantee you’ll be treated fair and have a lot of fun with your buying experience with this dealership. The entire team treated us like old friends. 100% would recommend!

I want to make a huge shoot out to a super sales girl "Taylor".... She was very informative, helpful and great at detail regarding the vehicle I was interested in. If you want to work with someone that makes you feel very important to them, and a person who will go out of her way to find you the best deal, ask for Taylor!!!!! So sorry it did work for me, If I lived locally it would have been a done deal! : )

Skyler and Alex were the best! The prices here are very good, very competitive and it’s was so refreshing to buy a car in a no-pressure atmosphere. They were patient & explained everything thoroughly. It was the most pleasant car buying experience I’ve ever had. Thank you everyone!
